Our Tour Managers are the cornerstones of your holiday experience, helping provide a deeper understanding and appreciation of where you are and what you will see. Their commitment and professionalism is frequently commented upon by our clients. All our Tour Managers are responsible, conscientious and extremely hard-working, and are carefully selected for their vast travel experience, organisational abilities and social skills. You can relax, knowing that your Tour Manager is in total control, and in the unlikely event of a problem occurring they will most probably have solved it before you were even aware there was a problem.

Our Tour Managers are categorically not sales people, as we feel confident we have included in your tour every 'must-see' and 'must-do' place or activity. However, they are on hand should you wish to book any optional excursions, or if you need any ideas or inspiration for free days. If there is something specific you have in mind, or even if you just need a recommendation for a good place to eat, your Tour Manager is there to help transform your trip into a memorable journey.

In that time I've often been asked which is my favourite place to visit by both friends and clients. I always find it a very tough question to answer with each country being so different. Should it be the stunning lakes and mountains of New Zealand, the scenery and wildlife of South Africa, the sun and vibrant cities of Australia, the incredible flora and fauna of The Galápagos Islands or the rich culture of China? It's far too difficult to choose!
