Earn rewards with every booking
Each time you book a tour with us, you’ll qualify for a discount on your next booking, which varies depending on how much you spend.

Extra rewards for VIPs
Once you’ve travelled with us five or more times, we think of you as a VIP, and we’ll increase the level of rewards to show how much we appreciate your continued loyalty.

How it works
It’s very simple. Each time you book, you earn rewards to redeem against your next booking. Once you’ve travelled with us five times, the rewards increase.

How to earn Journeys Rewards
• Each booking made after 15th September 2011 qualifies for rewards
• The amount you earn varies according to the price of your tour and whether you have booked flight upgrades or extensions. The more you spend, the more you’ll save. See overleaf.
• Rewards are calculated on each person’s individual travel history with us.

We’re sorry but you can’t:
• Use a reward for your deposit.
• Use a reward more than once.
• Use a reward on a new booking before the balance has been paid on the original booking.
• Give your reward to someone else, unless you’re also travelling on the new booking.
• Earn a reward for a tour that is cancelled by you or by us.

How to redeem Journeys Rewards
• Keep a record of your initial booking, including your booking reference and the tour price, by completing the travel logs in your reward passport.
• When you’re ready to book another tour, simply call us as normal and have your travel log handy.
• The reward will be deducted when you pay the balance of your tour.
• You can redeem your rewards with each new booking, or you can save them up and redeem the rewards from several bookings all in one go.
